Oh man, I pass the driving test with just 8 demerit points and I'm a qualified driver now! Haha...the feeling is damn great as I have been waiting for this moment since young. At the same time, it's abit unreal as I'm kinda sick with my right leg having slight pull with the test taking place in a short time.

Anyway, when the tester told me I passed, I was very happy & surprised. Quickly, I called my dad to tell the good news, and followed with my mum & sister. They all are very happy for me, especially my sister as she knows that I can give her a ride or drive her to eat supper when she is to be hungry in the late hours. Also, I informed some of my friends like Amanda & Yiwen, who got her licence yesterday as they know that I'm having my driving test today.

Ok, I must ask my dad to buy the probation plate for me so that I can drive his Subura Impreza around. After all, he is the one who says he will buy that for me if I pass the driving test. Hehe...heard that, Dad?

Wednesday, March 29, 2006 - 11:33 PM

I had been to Funan IT Mall's Sakae Sushi with Amanda, Alicia & Celina for dinner yesterday. It was fantastic as nearly 60 plates have been consumed by the 4 of us! And this certainly beat the 54 plates by Amanda, Alicia, Guan Ying, Xing Qi & me! Wow...Amanda is crowned the variety queen for last night as she ate different sushi & even soba. And Celina is crowned the Salmon Sushi queen as she at least ate 7 pieces of Salmon Nigiri Sushi. As for Alicia & me, I guess we have surrendered to them. Haha...of cos, I got many types of sushi too, which I am satisfied with. By the time we were to eat our fruit portions & the yucky mochi dumplings, we all were very full, especially myself (cos' I embarassed myself on the way home due to eating too much with too much water).

However, after the sushi dinner, we all agreed that we are not going to touch sushi for the next few weeks or even months as eating this way is kinda disgusting & too much for our stomach. Haha...don't get negative of sushi by our comment. It's just our thoughts. After all, there's no harm trying it if you are an adverture seeker or you are actually a true-blue Japanese culture admirer. Hehe...

Weird. I find myself having early rest over these few days. Perhaps I'm feeling exhausted after a day of work. Actually, it's not a bad thing as to have ample rest is important to one's body. And also, that allows the body able to recover from a day of activities. Wow...sounds great? Haha...you should give a try if you can afford to do so. Remember that you only have one body. Just one. Oops, actually everyone knows that. Haha...funny me.

Anyway, my sister is asking me to watch "Ice Age 2" with her. And she reminded that we actually watched "Ice Age" together, which I really can't remember that well. But I'm cool to watch it with her. Haha...no choice cos' she's always my beloved sister. Seriously, I know my dad is interested in it too. Should we ask him to join us? Haha...it seems a long time since the two of us watch films with my dad. But I think it'll still be great as I know my dad will love to accompany his daughters & protect them along the way. Oh, I love you too, Dad. Well, now we shall see how things go as I can't be sure if our time schedule fit or not.

Thursday, March 16, 2006 - 10:04 PM

Oh, I was quite busy for the past days. I went to see Chinese physician on Monday and watched "V for Vendetta" with my cousin, Jasmine, on Tuesday. And on yesterday, I finally got to meet Xue'e at Buona Vista. Before she was to reach the place, I saw Joyce, who was far from me, & my secondary school friend, Xin Ran, who was close to me & even look at me but didn't talk to me. Wow...never know Singapore is that small.

Anyway, at around 7.15pm, Xue'e finally reached the place & we proceeded to nearby to eat Holland Village XO Fish Noodles. Man...it's so nice & really smells great. And Xue'e was joking with me if she is to be drunk after eating this dish. Haha...that's her. Always funny & cute.

Then, after dinner, we walked to Holland Village & sat at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf to drink our iced blend Ultimate & Black Forest. Actually, I'm not supposed to drink it as I'm under medication. But I decided to break the ban to drink for just once. And after the first sip, I really can feel slight pain down my back. Wow...that's so effective. Anyway, Xue'e & I had a nice conversation & also took lots of photos (which Xue'e wants me to keep as private collection). I guess maybe the people around us thought we are abit...haha...too happy. Seriously, I think we had a great time that I didn't want to go home at that moment. Still, we became exhausted at around 10.30pm that we decided to walk back to Buona Vista to take our bus & train respectively.

As for today, I went to see the Chinese physician again for another treatment. And I also have just received Yunching's mail. Wow...millions thanks, gal. After reading the card & having the World Cup Special Edition 2 Euro coin in hand, I feel myself lucky to have great friends like you. Your words are encouraging. Oh, you mention about the difference between the special edition 2 Euro coin (on the left) & the ordinary 2 Euro (on the right). Hehe...let me show you people as I have both kinds in hand.

These are from Yunching
Can you see the difference?
There's some more difference here

Ok, I feel myself getting better & better second by second. And I must really thank people who have shown the care & concern to me during this critical period. I can't imagine life without great people like them. Thank God.

Sunday, March 12, 2006 - 9:53 AM

I was so tired when I got home yesterday. So I didn't get to blog till now. Anyway, it's the first weekend since I regain my single status. So I kinda have the mentality to do things so to forget all the pain.

Anyway, in the morning, I met my JC friend, Yihua, and went to City Hall without any aim we were going to do. As we walked along, we ate lunch (which was quite a waste as I was still having a bad appetite & bad stomache) at Marina Square's Han's, talked about our own happenings, chatted with Ning Bing on my phone about my problems and ate ice cream at Marina Square's Andersen's. Haha...Yihua kept saying that I get excited when I'm talking my happenings. And she kept quiet when my happenings are too profound for her to comment (that's why she thought of Ning Bing to talk to me).

Then, in the evening, Yihua went home first as she has a Japanese test today & has to revise for her exams. As for me, I got to meet my cousins, Jasmine & Jessie, next as they wanted to go to Suntec City's IT Show. And we did went to that overwhelming event as Jasmine wanted to check out the digital cameras & printers while Jessie was determined to get a new MP3 player. In the end, Jasmine only got a HP photo printer while Jessie fulfiled her expectations to get a MP3 player and it's from Creative. As for me, I didn't get anything as I don't need anything. Haha...

After the IT show, we proceeded to Clark Quay to meet up with our parents for dinner. On the way, my cousins were saying that they were thirsty & will want to stop for a drink. So while waiting for Jasmine to purchase the drinks, Jessie decided to take a picture of me as she said that she's from Media & Photography Club. Haha...I guess you can see that I'm getting better from all the bad things that happened a few days ago.

Posing cute with a photo printer

And finally we reached Clark Quay. Man...the night scene at Clark Quay is very beautiful & really attracts me strongly. However, we had dinner first at Riverside Indonesian Restaurant before going around Clark Quay. Having to go around Clark Quay, I got to see Clark Quay having lots of good hangout places for gatherings, drink, chilling & even dancing. It's totally a nightlife gem. And Asia's only Minsitry of Sound is over there too. This means Clark Quay is really the heart of drinks, dance & chill. Oh man, I can't wait to go there again with my friends to experience the nightlife which everyone else always says. Anyone interested?

Well, around 11.30pm, we went home as we were drained. And I quickly had a shower when I got home to so have a early rest.

Oops, I forgot to mention that I have just bought three new albums from HMV yesterday, which cost near $60. However, they are really great, which maybe I have not realised due to some isolation. For your information, the three albums are Arctic Monkeys's "Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not", Jack Johnson's "Curious George" & Ministry of Sound's "The Annual 2006". Man...believe or not, these albums are totally worthwhile to get. Consider them.

My three new CDs in a day

Ok, after so much, I got to go and rest again. Haha...I'll be seeing him later tonight to get my VCDs. Perhaps that's for the best.

Thursday, March 9, 2006 - 10:49 AM

I know everyone is telling me to rest more so to recover from my illness soon & shouldn't be thinking so much. I really thank them. Don't worry as I'll take care of myself. I can't let my family & friends worry about me. And now, I'm feeling slightly better than on the past days. I guess the medicine does help abit. Oh, by the way, I find myself to lose 4 kg in these few days. Wow...

Anyway, as he wants me to do, I thought of the issue over and over again. Maybe I should really let him go back his carefree singlehood. And he can come back anytime when he is ready for a relationship with all commitment (this is what he keeps mentioning). Hmm...I just want both of us to be able to go on with our life happily.

Ok, I got to go & rest again so to be able to work again tomorrow. All the best for me!

Wednesday, March 8, 2006 - 12:30 PM

When I got to see him to get his reply, I was rather happy as he claimed he was not neither angry or sad about what was written on the card. But to my surprise, the words on the letter killed me sliently. And I replied him via SMS as soon as possible to further clarify the issue.

Till now, the answer from him seems to be set. He seemed to have made up his mind. And I'm seriously affected by his decision. That's because...I can't clearly describe over here as it's too complicated. Anyway, he really hurt me badly. Badly to the sense that I can't stop crying when the words flash through my mind.

Anyway, I'm feeling empty & hopeless. Is this really the best for me? I really don't know. But it seems that it's best for him as he's not ready to part his singlehood & get binded by commitment. Whether we still stand a chance in the future or not is something I can't predict. Let nature take its course. After all, both of us are still friends.

Tuesday, March 7, 2006 - 7:02 PM

I'm feeling horrible now. Very horrible. I'm down with intestine cramp, gastric pain & slight fever since yesterday. I don't really know the exact reason. But I think the emotional trouble I have is one of the causes. How serious is my illness? Well, I keep having pains at my gastric area, with no appetite & feel like vomitting.

Hmm...I hope everything is to be on track again, like my health, my love. If you are reading this, please pray for me.

Sunday, March 5, 2006 - 8:03 PM

I woke early today to have breakfast with him & then go to the zoo together. Hmm...about the breakfast, we had egg & plain pratas with tea tarik at my home's nearby Alif's Restaurant. It's really great though I didn't finish my prata due to some unknown reasons. Something is wrong with my appetite. Haha...anyway, he agrees with me that the food there is good.

Then, around 9.30am, we set off to the zoo. When we reached the zoo, there wasn't much crowd around. So it's easy to walk around without getting caught within the crowd. We got to see lots of animals, like the white tigers, Asian elephants. It's indeed great to see the animals again after so many years. I got to understand the animals better than I did when I was in primary school.

Beautiful peacock
Oh, the white rhinos
Carlos, the seal, perfoming for the visitors
Elephants of Asia
Lazy kangaroos
Cool polar bear
Giraffe, not Zebra
The white tigers

Anyway, at around 2.30pm, we left the zoo as we have seen almost all the animals. We were rather tired at that moment as we walked around the zoo by foot. But after all, I find myself to have enjoyed every moment. Haha...everything is worthwhile.
