Everyone has those days.
Don't be down on yourself. So, close your eyes and listen. Yes, shut down everything and just listen.

Loving ourselves is having a
deep appreciation for who we are. It’s accepting our imperfections and flaws.
It’s understanding that we are in charge of our lives and we can’t really be
successful until we have mastered our relationships within our own heart.
This isn’t something easy, but it’s also not impossible.
It’s something that takes time. It’s understanding how to put your needs first
before you can genuinely give love to others. It’s giving yourself not only
what you want, but what you deserve. It’s walking away from something or
someone that doesn’t add to your life anymore. It’s forgiving those who have
hurt you and remembering there are beginnings in endings.
Find little moments
throughout your day where your objective is to just be. Shut your phone off and
pick up a book. Disconnect from the the world around you and just breathe.
Become in touch with your own mind and open your heart to the world around you.
It’s incredible what will come your way once you realize you are truly
unstoppable.
It’s finding the
little moments in life and making them beautiful.
Before ending off the post, I'll love to share this upbeat song by Jess Glynne, and hope that everyone can “ain’t got far to go” in
making his/her dreams a reality.

It has been a few months since I spoke to Lynda Woolf for some life advice. Now I pondered the question of whether what she said to me is still valid or not. Seriously, I am concerned if I am now heading the right life direction, like whether I am to carve a successful career along this path, or if I am really going to meet Mr Right in the near future. Because being an adult is like an open-book examination, one has to be alert and constantly do checks if he or she is still on par with the targets set for long term.
So, what is my conclusion after so much? At this point, things seem alright to me. And it's only January now !! Gosh..I need my long vacation soon. March, I can't wait to see you coming. Before ending this post, I would share Alex To's classic love song, Gen Zhe Wo Yi Bei Zi, with you, hoping that everyone would soon be able to find someone who loves you so much that he or she is willing to assure your happiness at all times. Cheers.

がんばれ、日本。
がんばれ、東北。 And for myself, I currently need the same kind of encouragement too. がんばれ!!

It was Valentine's Day two days ago. How did you spend it? I know that some spent it in an expensive and romantic way, while some treat it just like any other day. Well, there's nothing wrong in how you spend such a day, as long as you know the definition of love. Hmm...I'm glad that I have recently redefined the meaning of love, and hope I can be a better person for my loved ones from now onwards.
Goodness, it's already the fourth week into the new semester. And I clearly know that now I need to start putting in extra efforts for my academic matters till completion of my course. Like I always say, I'll reduce any form of unnecessary activities with effect from this week. Please kindly excuse me, if you find me being unavailable for most of the time.

你就這樣起飛了。好不捨,但心中也充滿了祝福。
My sister has been important in my life. No matter where she is residing, things never change. She'll always be my concern, and I look forward to fly over and reconcile with her for some 'sisterly' moments.

It's already over two weeks since Selina Jen and Yu Hao Ming suffered extensive burns during the filming of a explosion scene in Shanghai for Hunan TV's upcoming drama serial. I still cannot imagine how life is going to be like for both artistes. Well, all I can do now is to pray for them, and live my own life to the fullest as one will never know what can happen next.
Ok, it's time to settle down, set the mood right and get ever-ready. As promised, I'll try my best and also try to have regular meals along the way. Cheers.
